Authority and submission are critical to defining realities of the present day. God has given leaders to watch over the flock. Submission to God given leadership is a plus to activate God’s purpose and its accomplishment in the earth (Rom. 13:1-7; 1 Peter 5:5). Leaders must measure up to biblical qualification (1 Tim. 3:1- 7; Titus 1:5-9) and uphold norms. Quality spirit led decision emanating from leadership creates teamwork, breed empowerment and increase.
Therefore it is beneficial to grasp that the ministry is not just for theological trained professionals. God has gifted every believer (Rom 12:3-8; 1 Cor. 12:7-11) to assist in the building as unique and essential vessels.
Moreover, the leader is a servant and should be committed to making others successful. Remember that there are wars in the gates. Revelation from the word is key to the unfolding of the supernatural. Newness of life is as a result of newness of mind. This is a clarion call to the body of Christ to gather harvest for there is a shift.
