Bishop James Sumo Payne
Bishop James sumo Payne spiritual birth took place in November of 1989 at the brink of the Liberia civil crisis and he was subsequently licensed and ordained in February 1996 and March 1999 respectively. Since, he has served the Lord in different capacities from April 1994 up to present including Vision Caster First Executive Director Of Wilderness Youth Ministries, Church Planter– First Senior Pastor Of Love Center Christian Fellowship New Kru Town branch.
